Service inspection or visiting charges are generally non-refundable once the technician has visited the location.

Spare Parts

Refunds for spare parts may only be considered if:

• The part is unused
• The part is defective
• The return request is made within 7 days

Service Issues

If customers experience service issues, they should contact customer support within 48 hours so that we can resolve the issue.
