Service Charges

Service inspection or visiting charges are generally non-refundable once the technician has visited the location.

Spare Parts

Refunds for spare parts may only be considered if:

• The part is unused

• The part is defective

• The return request is made within 7 days

Service Issues

If customers experience service issues with their air conditioner, refrigerator, or washing machine, they should contact customer support within 48 hours so that we can resolve the issue.
